Anda Ghotala at Royal Omelette in Indore- Madhya Pradesh

Hey people, how you doing? I hope everything is good and you are enjoying my articles on travel and food.

It says that if you really love food then, there are many cities in India where you can enjoy the food but Indore is one of the famous city where you can get the food lovers and lip smacking food.Indore is always been famous for its hospitality and you will find the most amazing food lovers in this city.

In this write-up, I am taking you to one of the small, but very famous stalls which is famous by the name of Royal Anda Ghotala. It is in Vijay Nagar, Indore.

The best part of this Eatery point is that it opens around 7.pm in the evening and closes at 11 pm. A lot of people from around the places visit to enjoy the special preparation made from Eggs and this joint has many varieties of Eggs Dishes.

The Person behind this is Mr. Firoz Khan who is running this outlet since a very long time. I was traveling to Indore and heard about this wonderful joint from some of my friends in there.

We thought to finish the work in the evening and planned for try this for the dinner. So in evening we finished our work and rushed to the outlet before it gets crowded.

This outlet has various types of Dishes like Butter Benjo, Cheese butter banjo, Omelette Gravy, half Fry Gravy, egg keema Cheese butter etc. but the Awesome one is Anda(Egg) ghotala which is super rich with lot of Butter and a mix of eggs, tomato, onion, green chillies, and spices.

We ordered anda ghotala for us and Pav (Bread) for the dinner. I wanted to see how this guy make this so I stood there and was watching him preparing the anda ghotala. He was a multitasker you must believe. He was doing so many things with serving the stuff to customers. There was a long queue for the same and I could see the starve ness on people's faces to have the anda ghotala. It seriously looks so yummy when you get to see the preparation of something like that. He was also giving an assurance to all the customers that everybody will get the food just give him 5 mins. I enjoyed talking to Mr Firoz Khan and I must say he is the very jolly person who dint let a single customer leave the counter without getting their orders. Customers are also so patient that they waited for their order for half n hour even.

It took around 15 min to make that dish. he put around 30 eggs in the dish, so many spoons of tomato puree, Onions, green chillies and lot of spices. and finally, we got our anda ghota order.

This is the best anada (egg) Preparation I have ever had in my life. and you must try this if you love egg stuff.
I am sharing some of the pics and a video of Anda ghotal experience. watch it and enjoy.

will come with some more amazing food experience from the different part of the country till this enjoy.
